CDL-A Truck Drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (must be local, regional or OTR) run a dedicated regional account that is home every other day (for 10 hour) and weekly for 34.

Additionally, the job offers great benefits (after 30 days) and a $2500 Sign On Bonus (paid over first 6 months) and weekly pay of $1650-$2000+/WK. Top drivers (20% and up) earn $2200/WK. This translates to an average annual pay of $80K-$115K/Yr.

Drivers will make deliveries to stores by placing boxes on the conveyor belt. Drivers do not go into store and there is no merchandising. Store personnel take items off the conveyor belt and put them into inventory.

• Drivers are paid mileage pay of $0.60‑$0.73 per mile based on experience, plus $250 per trailer unload. Average driver will do 3 trailers in a week, earning an additional $125 for the week.
• Drivers will run VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV and be home every other day for their 10 hour reset and weekly for their 34.
• Full benefits including health, dental, PTO, vision, and 401K start after 30 days.
• Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one although they may NOT ride with driver while on the train on the account.
• During training drivers are paid $150/day and will train for 2‑5 days on the account and then run on their own.
• Drivers are almost always 500 miles from home. Drivers take their truck home during home time. Drivers will NOT be home for full weekend but will be home at least one day during the weekend.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than two moving violations in the last two years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last five years. This includes any accident that results in an injury, a jack‑knife or rollover.
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years.
• No more than three preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last two years.
• No more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last two years.
• No more than three jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have six months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
