Class A drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (must be local, regional or OTR) will be hired weekly, receive solid benefits, a $2,500 sign‑on bonus (paid out over the first 6 months) and weekly pay of $1,600–$1,850+. Top drivers (20% and up) earn $2,200 weekly. Average annual pay is $80,000–$115,000.

Drivers will make deliveries to stores by placing boxes on the conveyor belt. Drivers do not go into the store; there is no merchandising. Store personnel take items off the conveyor belt and put them into inventory.

• Rate: $0.80–$0.86 per mile, plus $325 per trailer unload.
• Typical unload: 3 trailers per week covering IL, OH, IN, MI.
• Full benefits (health, dental, PTO, vision, 401K) start after 30 days.
• Monthly sign‑on bonus: $2,500 paid over 6 months.

• Drivers are almost always 500 miles from home; they take the truck home during home time.
• Drivers will not be home for the entire weekend but will be home at least one day over the weekend.
• A rider and a pet are allowed from day one, but the rider may not ride the vehicle while it is on the account.
• Training: $150 per day, 3–6 days on the account before running independently.

• Must have 3 months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years.
• Must have never failed or refused a DOT drug test.
• Must have never been terminated from a last job for any safety reason; if terminated, must run with another carrier for 6 months.
• No more than one DOT preventable accident in the last 3 years and no more than 3 accidents/incidents overall.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no major violations in the last year.
• At most 4 jobs in the last year, at most 6 jobs in the last 2 years, and at most 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
