CL A Get Home Every Other Day Earning $1650-$1850+WK (Full Time)
CDL-A Truck Drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR) will run a dedicated regional account. The schedule is home every other day (for 10 hours) and weekly for 34 hours.
Drivers will make deliveries to stores by placing boxes on a conveyor belt; they do not enter the store and store personnel handle inventory. Drivers may load, unload and deliver on each run.
Drivers are paid mileage pay ranging from $0.80 to $0.86 per mile based on experience, plus $325 per trailer unloaded. Average drivers unload about three trailers per week running through Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.
Full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) start after 30 days. New drivers receive a $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus paid out over the first six months.
Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one; however, a rider may not accompany the driver while the truck is on the account.
Drivers receive on‑site training $150 per day for 3–6 days and then run their own routes.
Drivers typically travel about 500 miles from home and take the truck home during home periods. They will not be home for a full weekend but will be home at least one day during the weekend.
Requirements- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience in the last three years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
- No more than two moving violations in the last two years
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months
- No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last five years (including any injury, jackknife, or rollover)
- No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years
- No more than three preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last two years
- No more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last two years
- No more than three jobs in the last year
- If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered
Drivers must never have failed or refused a DOT drug test at any point in their career.
