This remote role combines dispatching expertise with driver recruiting responsibilities, making it perfect for a seasoned professional ready to keep our trucks moving and grow our driver network.

• Dispatch loads for owner-operators, ensuring timely booking, tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Recruit new owner-operators to expand our network, leveraging your expertise to attract top talent.
• Place drivers with trucking companies as a driver recruiter when needed, matching candidates to opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and clients via phone, email, and text to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records, update CRM systems, and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.

• Owner-operator leads to support your recruiting efforts, so you can focus on building relationships and closing deals.
• Training and support to help you succeed in both dispatching and recruiting roles.

• You must speak fluent English and Write English
• Proven experience as a freight dispatcher with a strong background in recruiting new owner-operators.
• Ability to place drivers with companies as a driver recruiter, ensuring the right fit for both parties.
• An American phone line for reliable communication with drivers and clients.
• High-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
• A noise-canceling headset to ensure clear, professional communication.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop), CRM systems, and Google Workspace.
