Logistics Specialist

Location: Chickasaw, AL

Shift: 7am to 3:30pm, Hybrid Role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

• Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.
• Create and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize costs.
• Prepare international documentation for the clearance of goods, including shipping/customs invoices and packing lists.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous shipping regulations and U.S. export regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions and present information effectively to senior leadership.

• 0-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Knowledge of all transportation modes: sea, air, road, and rail.
• Experience with international documentation preparation for export.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to respond timely and make decisions in uncertain circumstances.
