Class A Drivers Earn $80-$115K On Dedicated Account (Full Time)

Class A drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (local, regional or OTR) are hired to operate a dedicated account. Drivers receive a $2500 sign‑on bonus paid over the first six months and weekly pay ranging from $1600 to $1850, with top performers (20% and up) earning $2200 per week. This equates to an average annual pay of $80,000 to $115,000.

Drivers deliver goods to stores by placing boxes on the conveyor belt. The trucks do not enter the store; store personnel handle the items from the belt into inventory. Work typically runs in Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.

• Mileage pay of $0.80–$0.86 per mile based on experience and $325 per trailer unload. Average drivers unload three trailers per week.
• Full benefits—health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)—begin after 30 days of employment.
• Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one, but the pet may not ride in the truck while it is active on the account.
• Training cost of $150 per day is paid by the company, with 3–6 days of training before independent operation.
• Most routes are around 500 miles from home. Drivers take the truck home during home time; they are not home for the full weekend but have at least one day home during the weekend.

DRIVERS MUST NOT HAVE EVER FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST.

• At least three months of verifiable Class A experience within the last three years.
• No safety-related termination from the last job. If terminated for a safety reason, the driver must work with another carrier for six months before reapplying.
• No more than one DOT preventable accident in the last three years and no more than three accidents or incidents overall during that time.
• No major moving violations in the last year, and no more than three moving violations in the last three years.
• No more than four jobs in the last year, six jobs in the last two years, or eight jobs in the last three years.
