CDL A Driver – 12‑Day Out/2‑Day Home, Rider & Pet Welcome (Full Time) What We Offer

• Consistent Home Time: Be home every 12 days for 2 full days. Drivers who want to stay out longer are fine – we have the freight.
• Competitive Weekly Pay: Earn $1350‑$1800+ per week, with potential for higher earnings. Pay is based on experience: 0.54 CPM for 3 months Class A experience, 0.60 CPM for 2+ years.
• Hassle‑Free Deliveries: 100% no‑touch freight experience, with 65% drop‑and‑hook loads.
• Running Area: Drivers can run anywhere in the lower 48 (except NYC and Long Island); the majority of freight runs east of I‑35.

$60 CPM on all miles.

• Modern Fleet: Drive 2021 and newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths, all automatic with 1250 W inverters and APUs.
• Bring Your Companions: Our rider and pet policy is available from day one.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits package (medical, dental, 401K, PTO) available after 30 days.
• Take the Truck Home: Drivers can take assigned trucks home during home time.

NOTE: You can never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of SAP status.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40′ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (includes injury, jack‑knifing, rollover).
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• Can not have more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years.
• Can not have more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
