The 15/13 Schedule
This position operates on a transformative 15 days on / 13 days off schedule. During your duty period, you are fully immersed in the jet‑set lifestyle, ready to deliver exceptional service across the globe. Your extended time off is truly your own, providing an unmatched work‑life balance to recharge and pursue personal passions.
Your Home is Your BaseOur Cabin Attendants are home‑based. We require you to live within a two-hour drive of a major Gateway Airport, ensuring you can meet the dynamic travel demands of private aviation seamlessly and efficiently.
Your Mission:Crafting the Ultimate Private Flight Experience
- Providing a warm, personalized welcome and conducting thorough safety briefings, ensuring passengers feel both cared for and secure from the moment they step onboard.
- Anticipating and fulfilling passenger needs with discreet, five‑star service, meticulously following procedures to guarantee comfort and safety at all times.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all cabin systems, amenities, and emergency equipment.
- Managing aircraft provisioning and inventory stock at your assigned base, ensuring every flight is perfectly prepared.
- Maintaining the aircraft cabin in immaculate condition and being responsible for its presentation and cleanliness.
- Lifting supplies (up to 50 lbs) and demonstrating exceptional organizational skills to manage varied flight preparations.
- Embracing a fully flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, with the ability to be away from home on extended trips with minimal notice.
We are looking for a candidate who embodies professionalism, discretion, and a genuine passion for high‑touch service.
Minimum Requirements for this Role- Legal ability to rent a vehicle in the United States.
- A current U.S. passport with the ability to travel unrestricted to and from the United States and Canada prior to training.
- A valid U.S. driver's license.
- A minimum of 2 years of fine dining or equivalent high‑end hospitality experience.
- The ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening, credit check, DMV check, and employment verification.
- Previous experience as a Cabin Attendant or Flight Attendant.
- A college degree.
