• First‑year pay: $86,000–$106,000. Starting rate $300/Day, increasing by $3/Day every six months to a cap of $324/Day. Additional $100/Day for training a driver after one year.
• Full training provided on cryogenic deliveries at $125/Day, earning a $1,000/Sign‑On Bonus upon completion.
• Full benefits (medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401(k), cell‑phone reimbursement) begin after 60 days of service.
• One‑week orientation followed by assignment of a dedicated truck (new 579 Peterbilt), with shadow training – drivers do not share vehicles or sleep on trucks.
• Dedicated regional runs to a single client across the continental U.S. (Florida, Nevada/NM, Texas, St. Louis, and others).
• Company pays for flight home during home time if not within 200 miles; otherwise drivers must have secure parking or home storage.
• Flexible run/home time: 21 days out with 5–7 days home, or over 21 days out with a minimum of 7 days home.

• Willing to drive anywhere in the continental United States; no exceptions.

• At least one year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional driving experience in the past three years, with tanker exposure.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required; those with tanker or cryogenic experience will be expedited.
• Never failed or refused a DOT drug test; SAP status not allowed.
• Relatively clean MVR; no more than five jobs in the past three years, avoiding job hopping.
• Must be willing to drive anywhere in the continental United States and to fly home for home time.
