Truck Driver - Delivery Specialist for Industrial Water Treatment Chemicals 2026

Garratt-Callahan is hiring an experienced delivery driver to deliver industrial chemicals to our industrial customers in the Upper Midwest. Our warehouse is in Des Moines, Iowa. You will need to be based in or very near Des Moines.

Garratt-Callahan is a profitable and private nationwide industrial water treatment chemical company that promotes from within.

• Drive a company owned 26‑foot Peterbilt Box truck and deliver drums and pails of industrial water treatment chemicals to our existing customers in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Missouri and Indiana.
• Transfer liquid chemical blends via our Chem Feed system.
• Pick up deliveries from our warehouse in Des Moines, then deliver them to customers on a regular route.
• Pick up empty chemical drums for recycling.
• Complete occasional overnight deliveries as required.

• Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Full‑time employment, usually Monday through Friday.

• Current Class B CDL with extensive delivery experience.
• Spotless driving record.
• Hazardous Materials endorsement.
• Tanker endorsement.
• Experience handling, transferring, and delivering chemicals.
• Knowledge of industrial water treatment chemistry is a plus.
• Chemistry education;
  Associate’s Degree or Bachelor of Science is helpful.
• Live in or very near Des Moines, Iowa.
