CDL A Drivers Earn $1350 to $1800+ per week (Full Time)

Types of Jobs: OTR Van

• Consistent Home Time: Be home every 12 days for 2 full days. Drivers may stay out longer if they wish; we have the freight.
• Competitive Weekly Pay: Earn $1350-$1800+ per week, with potential for higher earnings. Pay is based on experience: 3 months verifiable Class A experience starts at $0.54 CPM; drivers with 2+ years start at $0.60 CPM on all miles.
• Hassle-Free Deliveries: 100% no-touch freight, with 65% drop and hook loads.
• Running Area: Drivers may run anywhere in the lower 48 (except NYC and Long Island), with most freight running east of I‑35.
• Modern Fleet: Drive 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths, all automatic, with 1250‑watt inverters and APUs.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (includes any accident resulting in injury, jackknife or rollover).
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than three jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
