Class A Drivers – Home EOD 86K to 104K/1st Yr

Full‑time position for dedicated account drivers.

We offer great benefits after 30 days, a $2,500 sign‑on bonus (paid over the first six months), and weekly pay of $1,650 to over $2,000. Top drivers earning 20%+ on mileage can earn up to $2,200 per week, equating to an average annual pay of $80,000 to $115,000.

Drivers will run routes covering VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV, delivering 10‑hour trips every other day and 34‑hour trips weekly. Home time is at least one day during the weekend, but drivers are not home full weekend.

Drivers are typically 500 miles from home and will take their truck home during home time.

Mileage pay ranges from $0.60 CPM to $0.73 CPM based on experience, plus $250 per trailer unload. The average driver loads 3 trailers per week, earning an additional $125.

• $150 per training day during the 2‑5 day training period.
• Sign‑on bonus paid over the first six months.

Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) plans start after 30 days.

Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one, but may not ride with a driver while on the account train.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last five years (includes any accident resulting in an injury, jack‑knife or rollover).
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last two years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have six months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
