Dry Van Operations
Drivers operate throughout established regional freight lanes with a strong mix of drop-and-hook loads and limited live unload freight depending on the customer. Freight is planned in advance to support consistent movement throughout the week while reducing downtime between assignments. The operation focuses on maintaining a steady freight flow instead of constantly shifting routes or freight patterns.
Route Consistency
Drivers run a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Dispatch planning helps create a predictable work routine while supporting reliable weekly mileage. Drivers benefit from established routes and organized load planning that remain consistent throughout each dispatch cycle.
Equipment
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Trucks are maintained through regular preventive maintenance scheduling to help reduce downtime and improve reliability on the road.
Pay & Benefits
Drivers average $1,350–$1,500 weekly based on miles and experience. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. Weekly pay is processed consistently, and drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits after 6 months with the company.
Additional Information
Rider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when needed.
