Drivers seeking operational freight movement and route consistency will find an opportunity built around planned freight activity, established delivery schedules, and a workload designed to support dependable weekly miles throughout the year.

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay:
Earn $1,300-$1,550 per week, with additional CPM and allowances for detention, short-haul, breakdowns, and stop-pay.

Weekly Home Time:
Enjoy a 34-hour reset every week, with the option to extend your time at home when needed.

Consistent Miles & Freight:
Drivers average 1,800-2,400 miles per week while hauling primarily dry goods freight. Freight consists of a mix of drop and hook and live unload deliveries using dry van trailers. All freight is 100% no-touch.

Flexible Truck Parking:
Park your truck at home or at one of our terminals during home time.

Operating Region:
Operate primarily East of I-35. Established delivery schedules and ongoing freight demand help maintain a dependable workload while supporting regular weekly home time.

Equipment & Driver Support:

Assigned trucks help provide consistency from week to week. APUs, Qualcomm, EZ Pass, and Pre Pass are provided to help drivers stay productive on the road. Drivers may take their truck home during time off, and 24-hour dispatch support is available when needed.

Orientation:

Paid orientation includes hotel accommodations, travel arrangements, and meals. Drivers receive $250 orientation pay on their first paycheck. Single-occupancy hotel rooms are provided during orientation. Travel arrangements are coordinated, and meals are provided throughout orientation.

Hiring Requirements:
Valid CDL-A License (Class

A) 12+ months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years Experience driving across 3+ states Current DOT Medical Card
