CDL-A Truck Driver – Home Every Other Day (Full Time)

CDL‑A truck drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (must be local, regional or OTR) run a dedicated regional account that is home every other day (10 hour) and weekly for 34. Weekdays are 34 hours for drivers, with home every other day.

Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k) starting after 30 days, a $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus paid over the first six months, and weekly pay of $1,600‑$1,850+. The top drivers (20% and up) can earn $2,200 per week, with an average annual pay of $80,000‑$115,000.

Deliveries are made by loading boxes on a conveyor belt; drivers do not enter the store. Store personnel remove the items from the belt for inventory.

• Pay is based on mileage, ranging from .80
  
  CPM to .86
  
  CPM depending on experience, plus $325 per trailer unload.
• Drivers typically unload three trailers per week, running routes in IL, OH, IN and MI.
• Full benefits begin after 30 days.
• Riders and pets are permitted from day one, but may not ride with the driver while the truck is on the account.
• Training is $150 per day, with 3‑6 days of training on the account before operating independently.
• Drivers are almost always 500 miles from home and take the truck home during home time. They are not home for a full weekend but are home at least one day during the weekend.

• Must have 3 months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years.
• Cannot have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test.
• Cannot have been terminated from a previous job for any safety reason. If terminated for safety reason, must work with another carrier for six months before applying.
• No more than one DOT preventable accident in the last 3 years and no more than three accidents or incidents during that time.
• No major moving violations in the last year and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year, no more than 6 jobs in the last 2 years, and no more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
