CDL A Truck Drivers – Dedicated Account Home Weekly (Full Time)

Class A Drivers get home weekly on a dedicated account that offers full benefits and average annual pay of $71-$89K.

Qualifications include:

• Pay is a mix of CPM (.515-.605) and trailer unload pay of $150/Trailer.
• Home Weekly for a minimum of 34 hours.
• Run the Southern U.S. only – OK, TX, TN, AR, MS, and LA.
• Full benefits after 60 days, including insurance, 401K, and PTO.
• Unload boxes onto rollers that go into the store; drivers are responsible only for placing the boxes on the rollers and ensuring they get into the store.
• Must live within 100 miles of West Memphis, AR. Drivers may take the truck home during home time if a secure parking place is available.

• Drivers must have 6 months or more of verifiable Class A experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months within the last 24 months.
• May not have more than 2 Class A driving jobs in the last year.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last 3 years.
• In the last 3 years, may not have had any inattentive or careless driving violations.
• In the last 5 years, may not have any reckless or leaving the scene of an accident violations.
• No preventable accidents in the last 5 years in which there was an injury or a rollover, including personal vehicle accidents.
• No more than three preventable accidents in the last 3 years as long as they meet the above requirements. A police report must be provided for all accidents in the last 5 years.
• If a candidate has been terminated from their last two jobs, they do not qualify; if terminated for stolen goods they are ineligible. All other cases will be reviewed.
• All felonies must be 10 years old and must be approved by safety.
• No misdemeanors in the last 4 years.
• Never have had a DUI in a commercial vehicle, with no more than two in a lifetime and none in the last 5 years.
