Class A Drivers

Job Overview

Class A Drivers – 3 months experience, 12 days home, 100% no touch, full time.

• Earn $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience with $0.03 CPM safety bonus.
• Average 2,100–3,000 miles per week depending on run.
• All freight is no touch and is 55% drop‑n‑hook.
• Freight runs to all 48 states, primarily on I‑35 and east.
• Driver can have a rider and a pet from day one.
• Driver can take the truck home during home time.

• Sign‑on bonus $2,000 paid $500 after first load, $500 at 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Full benefits (medical, 401K, vacation, etc.) start after 30 days.
• Trucks are 2022 and newer Freightliner Cascadia with APU and inverter.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40′ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (includes injuries, jack‑knives, or rollovers).
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than a total of 3 major or minor accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
