CDL-A Truck Driver Run Dedicated Account (Full Time)

CDL-A Truck Drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (must be local, regional or OTR) run a dedicated regional account that is home week for 34 reset.
Weekly pay ranges from $1600 to $2200, with top drivers earning $2200. Top drivers earn a $2500 Sign-On Bonus paid over the first 6 months. Annual pay averages $80k - $115k.
Responsibilities- Drivers will make deliveries to stores by placing boxes on conveyor belt. Drivers do not enter the store and do not perform merchandising; store personnel take items off the conveyor belt and put them into inventory.
- Drivers are paid mileage pay ranging from 0.80 CPM to 0.86 CPM based on experience, and $325 per trailer unload. Average drivers will unload 3 trailers per week starting in IL, OH, IN, MI.
- Full benefits including health, dental, PTO, vision, and 401(k) start after 30 days.
- Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one, but they may not ride with the driver while the train is on the account.
- Drivers are trained $150 a day and will train for 3-6 days on the account before running on their own.
- Drivers are almost always 500 miles from home. Drivers take their truck home during home time. Drivers are not home for the full weekend but will be home at least one day during the weekend.
- Drivers will be home each week.
- Drivers must have 3 months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years.
- Drivers cannot have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test in their career.
- Drivers cannot have been terminated from their last job for any safety reason. If terminated for a safety reason, they must run with another carrier for six months.
- No more than one DOT preventable accident in the last three years, and no more than three accidents or incidents during that time.
- No major moving violations in the last year and no more than three moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Drivers cannot have more than 3 jobs in the last year, 6 jobs in the last 2 years, or 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
