CDL-A Truck Drivers

CDL-A Truck Drivers – $1,600–$2,200+/Week – Home Every Other Day (Full Time)

Dedicated account requiring 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional or OTR). Drivers run a dedicated regional account that is home every other day for 10 hours and weekly for 34 hours.

We offer competitive benefits after 30 days, a $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid over the first 6 months, and weekly pay of $1,600–$1,850+/week. Top drivers (20% and up) earn $2,200/week, averaging an annual pay of $80,000–$115,000.

Drivers deliver to stores by placing boxes on a conveyor belt; no merchandising is required. Store personnel remove items from the conveyor into inventory.

• Drivers are paid mileage pay ranging from $0.80
  
  CPM to $0.86
  
  CPM based on experience, plus $325 per trailer unload. Average drivers unload 3 trailers per week (IL, OH, IN, MI).
• Full benefits including health, dental, PTO, vision, and 401(k) start after 30 days.
• Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one; they may not ride with the driver while the truck is on the account.
• Drivers are trained $150 per day and will train for 3–6 days on the account before running independently.
• Drivers are almost always 500 miles from home. They take their truck home during home time. They will not be home for a full weekend but will be home at least one day during the weekend.
• DRIVERS MUST NEVER HAVE FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST IN THEIR CAREER.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40' trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (including any accident that results in injury, jackknifing, or rollover).
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than three major or minor accidents in the last two years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
