CDL A Truck Driver 100% No Touch Out 12 Days & 2 Days (Full Time)

Types of Jobs: OTR Van

• Drivers earn $.54–$.60 CPM based on experience
• Average 2100–3000 miles per week depending on how hard you run
• All freight is no touch and is 55% drop n hook
• Freight runs to all 48 states, majority on I-35 and east side
• $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus paid out at $500 after first load, $500 at 30, 60 and 90 days
• Full benefits (medical, 401k, vacation, etc.) start after 30 days
• Trucks are 2022 and newer Freightliner Cascadis with APU and inverter
• Driver can have a rider and a pet from day one
• Driver can take the truck home during home time

• Must have 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (OTR, Regional, Local; trainer or CDL school time does not count; no yard jockey)
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years and no more than 2 in the last two years; no major violations in the last year
• Cannot have been fired for safety reasons in the last 6 months and cannot have been fired from last job for safety reasons
• No key preventable CMV accidents in the last 5 years (e.g., rollover, rear‑end, etc.) unless driver has had 6 months of safe driving in the last year; then review if only one accident in last five years
• No more than one minor preventable accident in a CMV on a roadway in the last 2 years
• No more than three CMV accidents in a private roadway or parking lot
• No DUIs in the last ten years (if Class A CDL less than five years, no DUIs in last five years)
• No more than one DUI ever and never a DUI in a CMV
• No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests; no SAP accepted
