Truck Driver Flatbed

New Class A flatbed drivers needed. 8 positions will be filled this week. Must be able to start work immediately.

• At least 1 year of OTR driving in the last 3 years (in at least 3 states); 6 months of that must be flatbed experience.
• Steel‑hauling experience required.
• Knowledge and use of straps, tarps, chains, and binders.
• Excellent MVR with no safety terms, no serious tickets, no roll‑overs, and no excessive speeding or cell‑phone violations.
• Maximum of 6 jobs in the past 3 years.
• All references must be available for verification.
• Must pass an extensive background check and DOT physical tests.

Note: Driver training school counts as a month of OTR experience for qualification purposes.

• Paid 27% of revenue on every load.
• Average earning potential: $1,400–$1,600 per completed load.
• Tarp pay: $40 per load for tarped jobs (approximately 40% of loads).
• Layover and detention pay also available.

Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000, with $1,500 distributed on first paycheck.

• Drivers will normally return home every weekend; exceptions apply (details to be discussed).
• Orientation includes meals, private hotel room, and a rental car for travel.

• Drivers may keep the truck home during time off, provided it remains in one piece.
