Truck Driver Newly Licensed

You made it through the driving Academy and got your Class A CDL but have no experience yet. Without experience no one will hire you, we will. We need to hire 19 Class A driver trainees in the next two weeks. Freight is picking up and we have trucks sitting empty.

To start our 30‑day OTR training opportunity you must be able to go out at first for 30 days straight with no days off. You will drive all over the country. The goal is to build your confidence behind the wheel and turn you into an excellent safe Class A driver.

Our pay package includes your 30‑day training period salary of $800.00 per week. After successful completion you will be hired on a permanent basis. Once you have completed training drivers bring in huge pay checks ranging from $1200–$1600 per week on average. Currently we also offer a $1500 sign on bonus for new drivers. Also tuition reimbursement for your Academy training up to $5,000.

That's right—we will pay you for any out‑of‑pocket monies you paid to acquire your Class A license.

This is not a local position. Although we just purchased a $1.3 billion LTL company and we are seeing local jobs filter in. Do not count on getting a local job when you first come on board with us. Regional drivers get home weekly and sometimes during their work week. OTR drivers stay out 10‑14 days normally.

Many positions are “semi‑local”, like our Texas Regional position where you stay close to home and get home during the week several times.

The application process is simple. Once you apply on Indeed one of our recruiters will reach out to you to conduct a short phone interview. If we think you’ll be approved we will help you fill out the first part of the application and send you via email the second part of the application.

Once approved, you will be scheduled for our 3‑day orientation. Once successfully completed, you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks for OTR training.

This way we can shape you into a confident safe successful driver. Upon successful completion you then get moved into your own company truck and a big pay raise. Running dedicated, regional and OTR runs etc.

You get home more often if you’d like. We offer several different home times. We use excellent maintained trucks that won’t have you broken down on the side of the road.

One of our recent hires sent us pictures of her brand new 2022 Freightliner she was assigned to. She is on a dedicated route getting home every other day making about $1375.00 per week. She is extremely happy in her new position.

• Not have more than 6 months unemployment in the last year, no more than 12 months in the last 3 years.
• Be able to stay away from home for your first 30 days while in training.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a fairly clean driving history, no suspensions in the last year.
• Be able to pass a thorough background check easily.
• Be able to pass all DOT related tests, including hair or urine test.
• Have acquired a current Class A CDL and DOT physical.
