• Assure overall quality of plant operations and supervise a team of Plant Workers.
• Manage the movement of trailers to and from the unload/load doors and throughout the yard.
• Responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages by hand.
• Lead on‑site operations, managing earthwork and construction activities.
• Oversee the transportation department within assigned geography, providing leadership to location(s).

• Experience as a Plant Manager or Civil Construction Superintendent.
• Proficiency in truck operations, including OTR driving and yard logistics.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a workforce.
• Valid CDL‑A license for truck drivers, with a good MVR/PSP score for company drivers.
• Eligibility for safe driving and safety compliance.

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from $55,000 to $104,000 depending on role and experience.
• Hourly pay from $10.00 to $65.00 for part‑time or field positions.
