Drivers operate throughout established regional lanes with a strong mix of drop-and-hook freight and limited live unload loads depending on the customer. Freight is planned in advance to support steady weekly movement while helping reduce downtime between assignments. The operation focuses on maintaining consistent freight flow and keeping drivers productive throughout the week.
Route ConsistencyDrivers run a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Organized dispatch planning helps create a predictable routine while supporting dependable mileage opportunities across regional lanes. Drivers benefit from a schedule that remains organized and consistent from one dispatch cycle to the next.
EquipmentDrivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Trucks are maintained through regular preventive maintenance scheduling to help reduce downtime and improve reliability on the road.
Pay & BenefitsDrivers average $1,350–$1,500 weekly based on miles and experience. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. Weekly pay is processed consistently, and drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits after 6 months with the company.
Additional InformationRider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when needed. Dispatch and maintenance support teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with routing, load planning, and equipment coordination.
Requirements- Valid Class A CDL required
- Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience required
