Dedicated Freight
Drivers operate throughout established Southeast regional lanes supported by consistent customer freight. Most loads are drop-and-hook, with some live unload freight depending on the customer. Freight is planned in advance to help reduce downtime between assignments while maintaining dependable weekly movement and steady mileage.
Predictable Home Time
Drivers operate on a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Organized dispatch planning helps create a reliable work routine while supporting consistent home time and dependable regional miles. The scheduling structure is designed to remain predictable from one dispatch cycle to the next.
Equipment
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Trucks are maintained through regular preventive maintenance scheduling to help reduce downtime and improve reliability on the road.
Pay & Benefits
Drivers average $1,350–$1,500 weekly based on miles and experience. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. Weekly pay is processed consistently, and drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan after 6 months with the company.
Additional Information
Rider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when needed. Dispatch and maintenance support teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with routing, load planning, and equipment coordination.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL required Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience required
