Overview

Praxis Companies LLC is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Hamilton, AL. Drivers will be delivering manufactured bathware primarily in the southern states. • Annual pay: $85,000+
• Paid actual miles, increases with length of service
• Additional pay:
  • Drop pay
  • Per diem layover pay
• Bonuses:
  • Driver referral bonus:
    Referring driver paid 5 CPM for all miles ran by incoming referred driver for first 6 months of employment
  • Quarterly safety bonus: 1 CPM for each accident & moving violation free mile driven
  • Clean DOT inspection bonus: $50 per clean inspection
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

• Home time:
  Home weekends for 34 hour reset

  Primary states include AL, GA, TN, AR, TX, MO, KY, NC, & VA
• Level of Touch:
  Drivers will often assist with unloading using a handtruck and will need to secure the freight using straps

• Automatic transmission fleet
• Governed speed: 70
• Outward facing cameras
• ELD equipped using Motive system
• Amenities: APU, power inverters, refrigerator, air ride seats w/ temp control, upgraded mattress

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No more than 3 DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years
• No speeding tickets over 15mph in the last 3 years
• No reckless driving convictions
• Must meet Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
