Drivers earn $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience.

Drivers average 2100–3000 miles per week depending on how hard you run.

All freight is no touch and is 55% drop n hook.

Freight runs to all 48 states; majority on I-35 and east.

$2,000 Sign‑On Bonus paid out at $500 after first load, $500 at 30, 60, and 90 days.

Full benefits including medical, 401k, vacation, etc. start after 30 days.

Trucks are 2022 and newer Freightliner Cascadis with APU and inverter.

Driver can have a rider and a pet from day one.

Driver can take the truck home during home time.

• Driver must have 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (OTR, Regional, or Local; time with a trainer, Class A driving school, or yard jockey experience does not count).
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years and no more than 2 in the last two years; no major moving violations in the last year.
• No safety‑related firings in the last 6 months or from the last job.
• No key preventable CMV accidents in the last five years (such as rollover or rear‑end); a 6‑month safe driving history within the last year will be considered.
• No more than one minor preventable accident on a public roadway in the last 2 years.
• No more than three CMV accidents on a private roadway or in a parking lot.
• No DUI in the last ten years (if Class A CDL held
