CDL-A Truck Driver Dedicated Home Weekends 91K to 101K/YR (Full Time)
Class A CDL Truck Drivers earn $1750 to $1950 per week running a dedicated account that gets you home during the weekend. Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401K, PTO and more.
Drivers are paid per cubic meter (CPM) and per load. This is 100% driver touch. The driver must unload boxes onto a conveyor belt which goes into the store. Only store personnel handle freight off the belt. CPM pay is $0.82 to $0.88 CPM with each trailer unload worth $340.
There are two schedules (assigned during the second interview):
Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.
The account covers IA, WI, MN, IN, N. KY and MI.
Trucks are late-model Freightliner automatics and the driver can take the truck home with them as long as they have a safe and secure location.
Must live within 100 miles of Joliet.
Requirements- At least 21 years of age.
- At least 6 months of OTR, regional or local experience (experience that did not occur at truck driving school or with a trainer, and must be part of a legitimate team or solo).
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last year.
- No serious moving violations such as careless/reckless driving, leaving the scene, etc.
- No felonies in the last ten years and must be reviewed by safety.
- No misdemeanors in the last four years and must be reviewed by safety.
- No DOT preventable accidents in the last five years.
- Must have an updated DOT Physical with at least 75 days remaining on it by orientation date.
