CDL A Drivers Dedicated Regional Home Every Other Day (Full Time)

Class A drivers with minimum 3 months verifiable experience (local, regional, or OTR) will run a dedicated regional account that is home every other day for 10 hours and on weekly basis for 34 hours.
Compensation includes weekly pay of $1650–$2000+ per week; top drivers (20% and up) earn $2200 per week. An average annual pay ranges from $80,000 to $108,000. Drivers receive mileage pay of $0.60–$0.73 per mile based on experience, plus $250 per trailer unload. The average driver handles 3 trailers per week, adding about $125 per week.
Work regions include VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV. Drivers have home time every other day for their 10‑hour reset and weekly for their 34‑hour shift. Drivers may bring a rider and pet from day one, but must not ride with the driver while the train is on the account.
During training drivers are paid $150 per day and will train for 2–5 days on the account before running independently. Drivers typically operate about 500 miles from home, take their truck home during home time, and are not home for the full weekend but have at least one weekend day home.
Benefits: full health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) coverage begin after 30 days of employment. The company also provides a $2500 sign‑on bonus paid over the first 6 months.
Job Requirements- Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40 trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months
- If terminated from a previous job due to safety incidents, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier
- Relatively clean MVR with no CMV accidents that resulted in injury, jack‑knife or rollover in the last 5 years
- This role is physical; drivers will place boxes on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. The driver is not responsible for inventory or merchandising once items are in the store; store personnel handle the final part of delivery.
