Epic Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) and we are looking for enthusiastic team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages.
As a recipient of Amazon's 2023 Outstanding DSP award, Epic excels at developing and maintaining a culture of respect with our customers and employees. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on time and in a safe manner.
- Full-Time (Permanent)
- 4 - 10-hour shifts per week
- 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least 21 years old
- Pass a 5-panel pre-employment drug test
- United States Work Authorization
- No CDL required
- $20.50/Hour for Cargo Van Delivery Drivers
- Up to $23.50 per hour with safety bonuses
- Paid Training (3-day training)
- Overtime (time and a half over 40 hours per week)
- Driver referral program – Up to $150 bonus
- Daily delivery routes designed to take 10 hours
- 3 Days off each week (Typical schedule is 4 – 10-hour shifts per week)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver Amazon packages to customers' homes and businesses.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and positive attitude with clients and colleagues.
- Use handheld device with advanced logistical systems for routing and communication with dispatch and time tracking.
- Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs.) in and out of the van.
- Follow all road rules, safety rules, and company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service – must be service-oriented, courteous and respectful.
- Technology Oriented – must be comfortable using mobile technology efficiently.
- Safety and Security – must adhere to all safety and security procedures.
- Attendance/Punctuality and Timeliness – must be on time and ready to work for each shift and be able to complete work within the standards outlined by the company.
- Dependability – must be willing to take responsibility and keep commitments or notify others if a commitment is at risk.
- High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Employees will be driving a company vehicle in urban, suburban and rural settings.
- Must be comfortable working alone and communicating with home office and supervisor through provided mobile.
