Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver; Southwest Fleet

Compensation & Hours

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,500 per week
• Pay Structure: Paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Home Time: Home weekly for a 34 to 48-hour reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days on the road)

• Equipment: Assigned newer-model tractors (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
• Take-Home Truck: Option to take the truck home during scheduled time off (safe parking required)
• Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Dry Van
• Operations: 70% Drop & Hook

• Accessorial Pay: $20 per hour for breakdown and detention time
• Retirement: 401(k) retirement plan with up to a $2,000 company match
• Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year
• Insurance: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
