Job Summary

Class A Driver Run OTR Out 12 Home 2-Rider & Pet Day 1-$2K Sign On (Full Time). Types of Jobs: OTR Van.

• Drivers earn $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience.
• Average mileage: 2,100–3,000 miles per week depending on workload.
• All freight is no‑touch and is 55% drop‑and‑hook.
• Freight runs to all 48 states, primarily I‑35 and east.
• $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus: $500 after first load, $500 at 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Full benefits—including medical, 401(k), vacation, etc.—start after 30 days.
• Trucks: 2022+ Freightliner Cascadia with APU and inverter.
• Driver can have a rider and a pet from day one.
• Truck can be taken home during home time.

• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (OTR, regional, local; excludes trainer or CDL school time and does not count yard jockey).
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 2 years; no major violations in the last year.
• No safety‑related termination in the last 6 months or from the last job.
• No key Preventable CMV accidents in the last 5 years (rollover, rear‑end, etc.); a single accident may be reviewed if 6 months of safe driving in the last year.
• No more than one minor preventable CMV accident on a roadway in the last 2 years.
• No more than three CMV accidents on a private roadway or parking lot.
• No DUIs in the last 10 years (if holding a Class A CDL less than 5 years, no DUIs in the last 5 years).
• No more than one DUI ever, and never a DUI in a CMV.
• No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests; SAP is not accepted.
