Average weekly pay: $1,250 – $1,575 paid on ALL miles loaded & empty Quarterly safety bonuses W2 position $20/hour detention and breakdown pay Up to $2,000 401(k) match Paid vacation 8 paid holidays per year Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance

Home weekly for a 34–48 hour reset Typically 5–5.5 days out Drivers may take their truck home during home time

Dry van freight 100% no-touch freight Drop & hook Newer equipment including Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors

Valid Class A CDL Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience Must have recent driving experience within the last 90 days Must meet all DOT safety and drug & alcohol requirements Accidents, violations, and background reviewed on a case-by-case basis SAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and driver has experience with another carrier after completion
