Drivers based in Mobile operate established regional lanes with planned freight movement that helps maintain steady weekly miles while reducing unnecessary downtime between loads.

Drivers move freight throughout established regional lanes serving multiple states with a combination of drop-and-hook and occasional live unload freight. Most loads are planned before completing the current assignment, allowing smoother transitions between deliveries while helping maintain dependable weekly mileage. The operation is designed to keep trucks moving with consistent freight demand throughout the year.
SchedulingThis fleet follows a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Dispatch works to coordinate freight efficiently while maintaining a balanced workload from week to week. Organized route planning helps reduce unexpected schedule changes and supports a dependable work routine for drivers.
EquipmentDrivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Equipment is maintained through scheduled preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime while on the road.
Pay & BenefitsDrivers average $1,350–$1,500 per week based on miles and experience. Qualifying detention time is compensated when delays occur. After 6 months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan. Weekly pay is processed on a consistent schedule.
Driver ResourcesApproved riders and pets are welcome through the company's rider and pet program. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when necessary. Dispatch and maintenance teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with routing, equipment support, and load coordination.
QualificationsValid Class A CDL required.
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience required.
Drivers must meet DOT requirements and maintain an acceptable driving and safety record.
