Job Summary- Contract Driver (1099, Team)
- Dry Van and Power Only
- OTR
- Gross weekly pay: $4,400 – $6,000 per team
- Minimum guaranteed weekly pay: $2,000
- CPM: $0.85 – $0.95
- Miles: 5,000 – 7,000 per week per team
- Sign‑on bonus: $250 per team
- Dedicated, line haul
- No driver load/unload
- 28 – 35 days out per cycle
- Optional longer out periods
- Earn 5 days of home time for every 28 days worked
- Home at least one weekend per month
- Orientation not paid
- Accommodation covered
- Drivers receive their own room
- Lunch included
- Orientation performed partly or fully online
- Some or all travel expenses covered
- Class A CDL license
- 12 months of tractor‑trailer experience
- CPM: $0.80 – $0.95 (split)
- Weekly miles: 5,000 – 7,000
- Weekly take‑home: $2,000 – $4,500 per driver
- Steady freight & consistent miles
- Company position only (no lease)
