• Ensure the smooth transport of goods while meeting deadlines.
• Enter data accurately and quickly into the operational system.
• Optimize routes and truck usage.
• Provide accurate and timely billing for clients and suppliers.
• Communicate with our clients (internal and external) to organize their GNS shipments, while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of good relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations in accordance with government requirements.
• Understand the department's processes and seek best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure quick and effective communication.
• Report problems to management when necessary.
• Promote compliance by rigorously applying all company policies and regulations and performing assigned tasks with integrity and professionalism.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in the transport field.
• Knowledge of local standards and regulations governing the transport sector.
• Knowledge of the global logistics and transport sector.
• Proactive with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word).
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to listen, understand, and communicate clearly and concisely to achieve positive results.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
