Job Description- Ensure the smooth transport of goods while meeting deadlines.
- Enter data accurately and quickly into the operational system.
- Optimize routes and truck usage.
- Provide accurate and timely billing for clients and suppliers.
- Communicate with our clients (internal and external) to organize their GNS shipments, while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of good relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations in accordance with government requirements.
- Understand the department's processes and seek best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure quick and effective communication.
- Report problems to management when necessary.
- Promote compliance by rigorously applying all company policies and regulations and performing assigned tasks with integrity and professionalism.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in the transport field.
- Knowledge of local standards and regulations governing the transport sector.
- Knowledge of the global logistics and transport sector.
- Proactive with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word).
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to listen, understand, and communicate clearly and concisely to achieve positive results.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
