We’re looking for a Fuel Dispatch Coordinator to join our team and help keep fuel moving efficiently across our distribution network.

Hybrid

Schedule:

3 days in the office during the week, with work-from-home (WFH) coverage over the weekends.

On-Call:
Evening and weekend on-call duties are required to handle urgent dispatch needs and emergency support.

Coordinate daily fuel deliveries to customers and company-owned locations.

Monitor driver schedules, routes, and fuel orders to ensure timely service.

Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Track and update delivery statuses in dispatch software.

Handle evening and weekend on-call coverage to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.

Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and company policies.

Support operational efficiency by anticipating needs and problem-solving in real time.

Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation (fuel or hazardous materials is a plus).

Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule and handle evening/weekend on-call responsibilities.

Strong communication and multitasking skills under pressure.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Tech-savvy with dispatch or routing software (training provided if needed).
