CDL A Solo OTR Truck Driver – Jackson OTR Division

We are actively hiring experienced Class A CDL Solo OTR Truck Drivers for our modern fleet in the Jackson, MS area and surrounding communities.

Jackson is an important market for us with consistent freight opportunities flowing through the region. Our routes are set up to start and end efficiently in this area, allowing local drivers to enjoy better home time while running solid nationwide OTR loads.

• 30% of line haul or 65 cents per mile plus bonuses (most solo drivers prefer this).
• Average weekly gross: $1,900 – $2,400, peaking above $2,700 on legal hours.
• Option to switch between percentage and miles pay at any time.
• Full‑time floor in 2025: $104,130; top performers reached $145,000.

• Operate a modern crew‑less dry‑van or reefer trailer on nationwide OTR routes.
• Start and finish routes in the Jackson area to maximize home time.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logs using the company’s ELD system.

• Valid Class A CDL with no pending suspensions.
• Minimum 2 + years verifiable CDL experience.
• Clean MVR and acceptable PSP report.
• Up‑to‑date medical card.
• No failed or refused drug/alcohol tests in the last 4 years.
• No DWI, DUI, or BAC convictions in the last 4 years.
• No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past year.
• At least 3 + years of verifiable work history, including non‑driving time.
