  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to material handling processes and workflows.
We’re excited about you because…
  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
    Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a driver operating Box Trucks / Sprinter Vans, serving as a material transporter or logistics associate in a manufacturing or distribution environment, preferably within high-tech, electronics, or robotics industries.
  • A valid driver's license with a demonstrably clean driving record.
  • Valid certification and proven experience operating various material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of transport/logistics principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
