The Delivery Driver role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Woburn, MA, with some work-from-home tasks such as scheduling, paperwork, and communication. In this role, the Delivery Driver will load, transport, and unload audio/video products, wire, and cable to dealer locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. The position involves verifying orders, maintaining delivery documentation, handling materials safely (including operating warehouse equipment when trained), and assisting with inventory organization in the warehouse.
The Delivery Driver will interact with dealers and internal team members, provide courteous customer service during deliveries and pickups, and support the warehouse staff during quieter delivery periods. Adherence to safety protocols, vehicle maintenance checks, and company procedures is expected on a daily basis.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with dealers and team members.
- Ability to perform Forklift Operation and general warehouse material handling, with appropriate training and certification as required.
- Experience in Training and Sales within a distribution, retail, or service environment is beneficial.
- Background in Food & Beverage or other fast-paced, service-oriented roles can be an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and comfort driving delivery vehicles.
- Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items safely and follow warehouse safety procedures.
- Reliable time management, attention to detail, and basic computer skills for routing and documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior delivery or warehouse experience is a plus.
