Drivers based in Savannah run established multi-state lanes with no-touch dry van freight, planned load movement, and a structured schedule that keeps the operation straightforward from one work cycle to the next.

Drivers haul dry van freight across established regional lanes with consistent customer demand supporting weekly movement. Most loads are drop-and-hook, with some live unload freight depending on the customer. Longer average hauls of 700–750 miles help drivers stay productive without relying on frequent short runs throughout the week.
Schedule & Home TimeThe fleet operates on a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Freight is planned in advance whenever possible to reduce gaps between assignments and maintain consistent mileage. This setup provides drivers with a predictable routine while keeping scheduled home time part of each operating cycle.
Driver EquipmentDrivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks include APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV and microwave mounts for added comfort while on the road. Regular preventive maintenance helps reduce equipment downtime and keeps trucks ready for regional operations.
Compensation & BenefitsWeekly earnings average $1,350–$1,500 based on miles and experience. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. After 6 months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan.
Driver SupportRider and pet programs are available for approved drivers. Assigned trucks may be taken home during scheduled resets when safe parking is available, or drivers may use an approved parking location. Dispatch and maintenance teams provide ongoing assistance with routing, load coordination, and equipment needs throughout each trip.
CDL-A QualificationsValid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
Acceptable driving and safety record and ability to meet DOT qualification requirements
