Polaris Freightways is hiring CDL-A drivers to support the Heaven Hill operation in Bardstown, the Bourbon Capital of the World. Drivers haul palletized finished spirits from Kentucky to distribution warehouses across a multi-state network.
This position offers a $1,500 weekly guarantee, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, and freight that is 100% no-touch and mostly drop-and-hook.
Carry a Kentucky Tradition
Heaven Hill has been part of Bards towns bourbon story for more than 90 years. After a devastating fire destroyed seven rickhouses in 1996, the company rebuilt and kept moving forward. In 2025, distilling returned to Bardstown with the opening of the Heaven Hill Springs Distillery.
Polaris Freightways drivers help carry that history beyond Kentucky. Every safe, on-time delivery represents generations of Kentucky craftsmanship and the people behind it.
What Youll Haul
Outbound loads consist of palletized finished spirits delivered to ABC distribution warehouses. Backhauls primarily carry glass bottles, caps, and labels into the Bardstown plant.
Broker freight may be added when needed to keep return trips productive and drivers moving.

Pay
- $1,500 weekly guarantee

Routes
Regular destinations include Kentucky, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Indiana, Maryland, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Vermont.
Home Time
We work to get our drivers home for their 34-hour restart on weekends. Drivers who live close enough to Bardstown may also receive a 10-hour break at home during the week.
Many drivers receive 48 hours or more at home between Friday and Monday. Actual home time depends on freight, scheduling, and distance from Bardstown.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License
- A minimum of 1 year of verifiable T/T experience in the past 3 years
- Able to run a multi-state dedicated network
- Dependable and committed to safe, on-time delivery and professional approach
