The Dispatch Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in St Louis, MO, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers, coordinating vehicle pick-ups and deliveries, and monitoring routes to ensure timely and efficient transport. The Dispatch Coordinator communicates with drivers, customers, and partners throughout the day, providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining clear, professional interactions.

Daily tasks include managing dispatch systems, performing accurate data entry, confirming shipment details, and documenting changes or delays. The role also involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to improve processes, support service quality, and maintain compliance with company standards.

• Strong dispatching and route coordination skills with experience in logistics or transportation operations.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on professionalism, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
• Skilled multi-tasker able to manage multiple shipments, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate data entry skills, with attention to detail when working with dispatch systems and shipment records.
• Comfort with basic computer tools and dispatch software; experience with transportation management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in St Louis, MO in a hybrid arrangement and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Previous experience in automotive logistics, freight, or related dispatch roles preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, business, or related fields is beneficial.
