Bombardier Global Captain – Home-Based; KHOU

The Mission

Lead from the left seat as PIC on a managed Global 6000, ensuring uncompromising safety, precision, and exceptional service for discerning passengers. You’ll partner with a high-performing global support team and uphold Vista’s luxury standards on every sector.

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command on a Bombardier Global 6000 across mixed Part 91/135 operations.
• Deliver premium, personalized service while representing the Vista brand with poise and professionalism.
• Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving in dynamic, international operating environments.
• Collaborate within a global team structure; coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin service.
• Report directly to the VP of Flight Operations; ensure full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.

• Certificates & Medical
  • ATP certificate (unrestricted or restricted).
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Meets ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for multi-pilot international commercial operations.
• Type & Experience
  • Current type rating and proven experience on the Bombardier Global series (Global 6000); 250+ hours PIC in type preferred.
  • 4,000+ hours total fixed-wing time.
  • 2,000+ hours PIC.
  • 2,000+ hours multi-engine.
  • 1,000+ hours turbine experience in Part 91/135 operations.
  • 300+ hours logged IFR.
• Recency & Record
  • At least 150 hours flight time in the past 365 days and 30 hours in the past 90 days.
  • No more than two checkride failures.
  • No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years.
• Work Authorization & Travel
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served by the Vista Family of Companies.

• Competitive base salary: $225,000–$275,000 per year.
• Predictable 17/13 rotation; salary and per diem start on Day 1.

This is a home-based role with Houston Hobby (KHOU) preferred for positioning and logistics. You’ll operate globally, supported by Vista’s international infrastructure to keep you efficient and mission-ready.
