Remote Trucking Dispatcher & Coordinator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Trucking Dispatcher & Coordinator to manage their fleet operations from the comfort of their own home office. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily dispatches, managing driver communications, ensuring timely deliveries, and resolving logistical challenges in real-time. • Manage the end-to-end dispatch process for a fleet of trucks, optimizing routes and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with drivers via phone, email, and dispatch software to provide instructions and support.
• Monitor shipment progress, track vehicle locations, and proactively address any delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatches, deliveries, and driver logs.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to ensure minimal disruption to service.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trucking dispatch or logistics coordination.
• Proven ability to manage a fleet and coordinate drivers remotely.
• Strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) and routing software.
