Need Experienced OPR2 Reach Truck Operator (All Shifts) operating Reach truck equipment in a high-volume distribution facility.

The OPR2 Reach Truck Operator operates Reach truck equipment in a high-volume distribution facility used by multiple brands of powered industrial equipment (Raymond, Yale, Toyota, Hyster). Candidates must be ready to demonstrate proficiency on any brand during a day‑one client assessment. Failure to pass results in a no‑bill placement.

Pay Rate: $20.25–22.95/hr.

Employment Type: Temporary‑to‑Permanent. Conversion after 420 hours or 90 days.

Locations: Murfreesboro, TN.

Shift Options: 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM), 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 4:30 PM–3:00 AM, REACH ONLY), 3rd shift (Sun–Thu with OT on Fri; or Sat–Wed with OT on Thu, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, REACH ONLY). Overtime on Saturdays.

• Safely operate Reach forklift and other powered industrial equipment as assigned.
• Move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise according to client directives.
• Complete pre‑shift equipment inspections and report defects to supervision.
• Work from work orders, pick lists, and system‑generated tasks.
• Ensure accurate inventory movement and cycle count participation.
• Maintain safe speeds and operating distances at all times.
• Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and inventory control teams.
• Adhere to all Geodis safety standards and PPE requirements.

• Minimum 6 months verifiable Reach forklift experience.
• Comfortable operating various brands of powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to pass a client‑administered equipment assessment on Day 1.
• Strong spatial awareness and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑rack environment.
• Capacity to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility for the assigned shift.
• Willingness to work overtime on Saturdays.
• Must pass a criminal background check (theft, violence, drug offences screened).
