About the Team

Dash Mart is a local‑fulfillment center owned and operated by Door Dash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality. Customers order convenience, grocery, retail, and prepared foods in the Door Dash app, and our team members fulfill orders in a real, brick‑and‑mortar store for Dashers to deliver. We’re open early and close late – some sites even run 24/7!

Shifts:

Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Part‑Time

• Picking and packing orders: pick orders that come through the app, pack them, and hand them off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management: stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Warehouse organization: clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight customers: ensure substitutions are approved with the customer.

• Market‑competitive pay (10 pm‑6 am shift receive a $2 increase in pay)

• You’re reliable, positive, and team‑oriented
• You have experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations
• You’re detail‑oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation)
• You have a high school diploma or GED
• You’re willing to complete a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire

Base Pay: $15.70 – $15.70 USD. Additional benefits for full‑time employees include health, dental, and vision coverage starting Day 1, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and 16 weeks of paid parental leave. All regular employees receive paid time off, paid sick leave, and 11 paid holidays. Other perks include commuter benefits match, mental health program, and disability and basic life insurance.
