Hawai‘i’s Finest Seasonal Sales Associate Position

Hawai‘i’s Finest is seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Seasonal Online Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse and online fulfillment team during our busy holiday season.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position responsible for helping ensure our customers receive their online orders accurately and on time. The Online Fulfillment Associate will assist with selecting merchandise, packing and shipping orders, processing returns, maintaining inventory, and supporting general warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, reliable, and comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment. During peak periods, team members must be willing to assist wherever needed to help the company successfully fulfill customer orders.

• Pick, prepare, pack, and ship online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify products, sizes, colors, quantities, and order information before shipment.
• Receive incoming inventory and properly organize and put away merchandise.
• Count, track, and assist with maintaining accurate inventory.
• Use scanners and other equipment to read product barcodes and process orders.
• Follow system prompts, fulfillment procedures, and shipping instructions.
• Assist with customer returns and exchanges as needed.
• Inspect merchandise to ensure products meet Hawai‘i’s Finest quality standards before shipment.
• Load and unload boxes and merchandise for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized fulfillment and warehouse workspace.
• Troubleshoot order, inventory, or fulfillment issues and communicate concerns to management.
• Provide professional customer service for online customers when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Hawai‘i’s Finest products, including styles, colors, sizing, and merchandise.
• Work cooperatively with other fulfillment and warehouse team members to meet daily order goals.
• Assist warehouse associates and other departments when additional support is needed.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and fulfillment standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business and seasonal needs.

• Have reliable transportation.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, retail, or e-commerce experience is preferred but not required.

• Lift and carry up to 49 pounds

• Stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to safely move merchandise and boxes.
• Work in an active warehouse and fulfillment environment.

This is a full-time seasonal position with increased hours and workload expected during the holiday season.

Candidates must have flexible availability, including:

• Weekdays
• Alternating Saturdays
• Occasional Sundays, particularly following company events or during high-volume fulfillment periods
• Extended or adjusted hours during peak holiday periods when necessary

Seasonal employees are expected to maintain dependable attendance throughout the duration of their seasonal employment.
