A growing, privately held manufacturing company with a strong operational footprint and a collaborative, fast‑paced culture is seeking a hands‑on Staff Accountant to support cost accounting and full‑cycle transactional processes.
Requirements- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Hands‑on experience with cost accounting, AP, and AR
- Strong month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience
- Fixed assets and prepaid expense schedule management
- ERP system experience required (Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, reconciliations)
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Manufacturing or food production experience a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
