Senior Staff Accountant – Construction​/Real Estate

We are seeking a detail-oriented
* Senior Staff Accountant in Ontario, CA 91764
* to join a dynamic construction and real estate team. This role is to
* replace a current employee
* and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact across multiple entities.

• Prepare and post
  * loan closing journal entries
  * accurately and timely.
• Handle
  * loan draws and reconciliations*.
• Ensure compliance through
  * loan reporting
  * and documentation.
• Support
  * month-end closing
  * processes for multiple entities.
• Maintain
  * job cost accounting
  * for construction and real estate projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

• Proven experience in construction and real estate accounting, managing multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of
  * JDE (mandatory)*, MS Office, and Excel (
  * VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, reporting*).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
